Overview
Video excerpt from the video installation “Napoli Assediata” (2006) by the Underworld group (Francesco Capasso, Teresa Dell'Aversana, Salvatore Di Vilio, Domenico Napolitano, Rosanna Pezzella, ...) In particular, the images by the Underworld group—taken from a video installation deliberately created using amateur cameras—present the same blend of hallucination and reality found in Montesano’s darkest pages: an endless and obscene “Hyper-Naples,” which soon, if nothing changes, “will be nothing but an immense ‘Hell-Naples.’”
