Join former world track champion Rob Hayles, as he ventures beyond the boards and takes you on a journey through the ages of velodromes. Rob gains a unique insight behind the world's most successful track team, British Cycling, and chats to Ineos grenadiers cyclist, Owain Doull. GCN+ also visits Herne Hill, the spiritual birthplace of velodrome racing and learns how the modern velodrome is constructed by visiting the architect behind the iconic Pringle building, host of the legendary London 2012 Olympics.
