Overview

A documentary about a world full of cheating, false hopes, and lots of money. The documentary goes behind the scenes at some of the temp agencies that have made millions sending Eastern European workers to Denmark. The EU's expansion opened up a large but poor workforce that is more than willing to travel to the West to work and earn money. Many large public construction projects in Denmark are currently dominated by foreign labor supplied by temporary employment agencies that operate very discreetly. We follow in the footsteps of some of the industry's biggest players, the Irish company Atlanco and the Polish company Budomex, and the documentary delves into a world of wage fraud, exploitation, tax evasion, and workplace accidents.
