Sheila Graber produced a book "ANIMATION IS FUN" in 1984. It came to the attention of Jeremy Isaacs head of Arts at Channel 4 who chatted to Sheila and said he was interested in making a TV series based on the book, Alas(for Sheila) he moved on and the idea was scooped up by ITV in 1989 and transformed into "RALPHS' CARTOON CLUB". Sheila and two media friends Trevor Boden and Maggie Ellis produced this pilot to make a series for children showing both amateur and fully professional animation methods. The Cartoon Club won the day.... That's all Folks...
