Overview
Based on the work of Karl von Frisch, the film demonstrates that "finder" bees, when they have been successful in their search for food, return to their hives and, by performing dances, communicate to other worker bees in which direction and how far away a certain food place can be found. Shows that the other bees interpret these reports and go out to find the exact spot of the food place. Includes normal-speed and slow motion photography.
