I'm Fine walks through a day in the life of Matt Bradley, a successful advertising agent in Atlanta. Matt and his wife April are expecting their first child, but three and a half months into the pregnancy, they lose their unborn child. April falls into a deep depression and Matt does all he can to help her through it. The miscarriage, and the depression alike, are no secret to their community. So in addition to the in-home challenge of slowly rebuilding his wife, Matt is forced to relive the trauma daily, as his associates and family offer their solace and advice for April. Matt's poker face finally falls as he has dinner with his twin sister who reveals Matt's struggle with facing his own depression.
