Do Nothing and Do It Well is a documentary that reveals the neglected true story of the militant Chinese workers who rocked the streets of Melbourne at the turn of the 20th Century. Behind a raging soundtrack of furious Cantonese punk and hip-hop, the film weaves together newspaper clippings, the film-maker's family history and a fictionalised dead narrator, to present a sprawling new portrait of Melbourne.
