"Flow is the beginning of the rythym."

Overview

Flow is the beginning of the rhythm. Movement within flow is continuous, measured, and can often feel, feel cold, cold to the plunge, to the touch, the body needs a warmup. Let the body move you, not you the body, what the fuck does that mean? It represents beginning, arriving and falling, the end of a journey. A path come to a stop. Flail in the wind, succumb to the current, let the dust in the wind speak for your scaffold. Part 1 of 5.
