Overview
The Dragon Street Gang is well organized, schooled in hand to hand combat. They set up a protection service to get money out of people. William Lee is an ex-military veteran and mental patient, now an investigator, that returns home to visit his father. After a conflict with the Dragon Street Gang, William Lee is pressured to work with the sheriff dept. to put a stop to this. Things really get confusing when ex-vigilante John Howard steps into the picture. This is a story of street violence, relationship and family unity.
