A Case of Criminalizing Pregnancy Loss: A public service announcement about the prosecution of a South Carolina woman who was cruelly arrested after her miscarriage for improperly disposing of fetal remains even though there are no legally established guidelines for that. This is the third in a series of spots about the criminalization of pregnancy loss in the United States, a side effect of the overturning of Roe v.
