Overview

Goofball, a dream-obsessed director, is confined to a grotesque hospital ward by a mysterious ailment. His "care" is overseen by a nurse who is actually his caustic former production manager, keeping him in a state of stagnant submission. Guided by the shifting logic of his dreams, Goofball begins to suspect a dark conspiracy. The suspicion turns into a desperate quest for the truth when a cryptic gift from an anonymous stranger arrives to shatter the clinical loop.
