Ukrainian artist Masha Reva weaves the playful and the personal into textural forms in Kyiv, exploring nature, the human condition, and her vision of the world In a contemplative exploration of art and human experience, Ukrainian artist and creative director Masha Reva unpacks her multidisciplinary practice and inspirations for 16mm short film Along the Lines. Captured by director Pavel Buryak on the streets of Kyiv, Reva develops her own language from the personal and the playful, challenging perceptions through the intersections of beauty, utility, and the human condition. Establishing her Kyiv studio at the beginning of the war, Reva uses her work to platform the Ukraine and its creative community, translating profound observations on the world to her art.
