Overview
The French submarine, the Arrogant, is trapped at the bottom of the ocean. On board, the crew believes they are living their last days. But a nuclear engineer, Eric, accompanied by his rat, also known as the General, seizes power to try to save the crew, at the risk of establishing a dictatorship.
