Overview
In 1991, two estranged childhood friends journey to the tip of Baja California, Mexico to experience a total solar eclipse and find themselves in the right place at the right time to fulfill a broken promise. Filmed on location in Baja in the mid-90s on 35mm film (28 years in the making), "The Perfect Shadow" has a nostalgic beauty that's rare for a micro-budget indie film. "The Perfect Shadow" captures the adventure and romance of a modern day quest to nature's most sublime and awe-inspiring event: totality during a solar eclipse.
