"A Docufiction Journey across Prehistory, Colonial Records and UFO Encounters"
Overview
Our past is as mysterious and open to imagination as the skies above us. Amid the stark landscapes of Pavagada, known to the British as Pawgur, a fleeting UFO encounter draws in two researchers and a local explorer. They retrace the path of a 19th century British surveyor, whose meticulous records of prehistoric sites lend weight to his testimony of witnessing strange lights at dusk in Pavagada. The film blends documentary-style narration with fiction, in a cinematic experiment that re-frames the UFO phenomenon through contemporary eyes, situating it within a historical context where fact and imagination converge.
