In the unforgiving streets of Mad City, power is everything and everyone has a price. Jinx, a street-smart hustler with ambition beyond the block, builds an empire from the city's underground drug trade, he quickly learns that power attracts enemies as fast as it makes friends. Betrayal creeps closer, when his right-hand man, Stacks, once like a brother, makes a deadly play for control, Jinx finds himself trapped between surviving the game or becoming a victim of it. With crooked cops, jealous partners, and a vengeful ex-ally every move could be his last. When the smoke clears, only one man will stand on top of Mad City but at what cost?
