Overview
II is Moderat's second album — the Berlin trio of Sascha Ring (Apparat) and Gernot Bronsert & Sebastian Szary (Modeselektor). It was released August 2, 2013, on Modeselektor's own label Monkeytown Records (with Mute). After the album's initial release and touring cycle, Monkeytown put out a 2CD + DVD "Tour Edition" (catalogue number MTR40CD), sometimes billed as the "Deluxe Tour Edition." The DVDcontains the official music videos from the II era made by Berlin art collective Pfadfinderei.
