Overview

Alexandria, an Egyptian city which once attracted people of various nationalities as a cultural and commercial hub, is still home to the third and fourth-generation descendants of those migrants, even as the city has changed drastically over time. The film revolves around these individuals—their dreams, their challenges, and their visions of the future—as they contemplate whether to leave the city in search of a new life elsewhere.
