"I was in Cologne all summer"

Overview

A film made as a farewell brings memories back to life. As a camera stitches the edges of a city together, the summer stretches into forever. Remembering turns into forgetting; forgetting, into remembering. As time folds in on itself, the Rhine keeps flowing.
