This feel-good documentary chronicles the first 25 years of the Kevin Bushell Pre Teen Basketball Classic, an annual summer event founded by a U.S. postal worker, designed to give the youngest residents of Brooklyn's Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood their very own basketball league.
