In their first video release, heavy metal rockers Shadows Fall demonstrate "The Art of Touring" in more than two hours of behind-the-scenes concert footage and onstage antics filmed in the United States, Europe and Japan during "The Art of Balance" tour. Among the bonus features is a collection of six promotional videos, including "Thoughts Without Words," "Idiot Box" and "Inspiration on Demand," plus an homage to Darrell "Dimebag" Abbott.
