Overview
A long awaited daughter, Abigail, proves a joyful addition to the Strickland family until one day, parents, Jack and Catherine realize there is something wrong. After she is diagnosed with autism, the family struggles to connect with their daughter. Jack denies the diagnosis while Catherine works with doctors and specialists, to understand their dilemma. Their faith and finances are stretched to the limits. As Abigail grows older, her strength and outbursts become more violent. Jack and Catherine fear she is becoming more than they can manage. When a hidden interest for golf emerges, new hope is ignited. A family friend, Enoch, takes Abigail under his wing, and a door to her consciousness is revealed.
