Overview
Jake’s film uses predominantly printed artefacts glued to the film - each artefact representing one frame. Numbers, eyes, mouths and facial expressions form a beautifully executed collage, with interspersed bursts of painted colour and animated scratches - Jakes piece takes on an explicitly non-narrative - art for art’s sake tone with suitably disjointed bleeps forming the accompanying soundtrack.
