Overview
Claudia Schiffer was one of the most famous supermodels of the 1990's and this workout series was released originally released in 1996 when Claudia would have been at the height of her popularity. This workout series has two separately sold discs; Perfectly Fit: Lower Body and Perfectly Fit: Upper Body. This disc has the workout divided into 2 main sections Legs & Buns. Each workout lasts for just under 30 minutes and has its own warm up and cool down sessions. The workouts have been filmed in various locations with Claudia providing voice over instructions and encouragement.
